I would add that “Keeping your head up” is one of the most important skills anyone can have. I might even take it a step further and say that the foundation for “Keeping your head up” is having a high degree of self-awareness and intellectual curiosity. If you are missing either one, you are sure to miss those everyday observations that make all the difference when it comes to building relationships, winning in the market, and creating true innovations.
